4th Annual Government Open Source Conference (GOSCON) to Host the First Annual International Open ICT Summit, October 20-23, 2008

The Oregon State University Open Source Lab (OSL) announced the fourth annual Government Open Source Conference (GOSCON) will be held on October 20-23, 2008, in Portland, Oregon USA. The conference will begin with the first Annual International Open ICT (information and communications technology) Summit, a full-day event that will convene information technology executives from government agencies around the world.
